About Plan Elite KZN

Our Story

Plan Elite was founded in 2016 with a clear vision: to bring architecture, construction, and interior design together under one roof. Too many building projects suffer from miscommunication between architects, engineers, and contractors. We set out to eliminate those gaps by offering the full journey — from the first conceptual sketch to the final coat of paint.

Today, our team of 13 professionals includes architects, engineers, draughtsmen, project managers, and dedicated construction managers across KwaZulu-Natal. Led by Director and Head of Construction Riaan Van Rooyen, we deliver residential new builds, commercial developments, renovations, and specialist finishing work including paving, tiling, awnings, lapas, and exterior cladding.

Every Plan Elite project is backed by our NHBRC registration and SACAP accreditation — the two most important industry credentials in South African building and architecture. With over 45 completed projects and a 4.8-star Google rating, our reputation is built on quality workmanship, clear communication, and delivering on our promises.
